The Golden Mile is a stretch of the SS 18 Tirrena Inferiore road that runs from Ercolano to Torre del Greco, passing through towns such as Portici and San Giorgio a Cremano.

This route is renowned for its historic villas, built mainly in the 18th century by the Neapolitan nobility, who chose this area as their summer residence due to the beauty of the landscape and the mild climate.

By Car: on highway A3 Naples-Salerno, way out at Torre Annunziata Nord. Proceed on Via Nazionale, direction Torre del Greco, for about 4.6 km, then turn to the left and take Vico 1° San Vito. Casina de Goyzueta at 600 mt.

By Train: from Naples Stazione Centrale (Central Station), take “vesuviana”, direction Sorrento. Get off at Via del Monte station, in Torre del Greco, and call for the shuttle bus.

By Foot: there is 11 minutes walking from the station.
